Rules for leeching on #chinocho

• Do not use @FIND or XDCC LIST. !list is the correct trigger.
• No annoying scripts such as MP3 announces.
• No request scripts unless you're serving.
• Don't repeatedly beg for things. Check the fserves and BitTorrent site.
• No guest nicks (i.e. Guest12345).
• Pasting a fserve trigger in the channel will get you kicked because it's annoying. Cut and paste carefully to avoid this.

Rules for serving on #chinocho

• All fserves should be silent: no announce ads and only /ctcp triggers.
• Don't bother serving just your anime list.
• Having priority for voice and ops is fine, but don't make your server voice/op only.
• 0 sends is not a functioning fserve.
• Please respect the licensing rules below for Choco and CnC projects.
• Serving commercial DVD rips is definitely not allowed.
